Wave 2306 of our U.S. Consumer Study was fielded from November 15, 2023, to January 3, 2024.

Highlights of the new data being released include:

Retail, Home & Family:

• Anticipated product purchases within the next 12 months
• Occasions prompting shopping activities
• Preferred locations for furniture and electronic device purchases
• Past purchase location of watches or jewelry
• Recent locations for purchasing vitamins
• People anticipate traveling with in the next year
• Additional movie theater chains visited in the last 12 months
• New restaurants and retailers (Krispy Kreme, Aaron’s, Conn’s Home Plus)
• Preferred food delivery services

Other:

• Commonly frequented gas/diesel stations
• New primary banks and primary investment firms
• Tax preparation services used
• Expanded alternative investment measures for NTFs and crypto
• Additional medical conditions
• Online and media advertising exposure in the past 30 days
• Valued computer software worth paying for

Politics & Advocacy:

• Groups supported through donations in the past year
• Primary factors influencing voting intentions in the 2024 election
• Public perceptions of the health and fitness of Biden and Trump
• Voting preferences in 2024 across all ballot races

Deprecated and Inactivated Attributes

For USCS Wave 2306, we have inactivated or deprecated approximately 280 previously available attributes. Please refer to the attached file for a complete list of attributes that are inactivated or deprecated with USCS Wave 2306.

Update Saved Audiences

If you have any audiences saved with these inactivated attributes, we recommend you update the audience to remove or replace the attributes that are being inactivated so that you can still analyze or activate the audience. You will not be able to analyze audiences with inactive attributes and audience deliveries will no longer deliver as the original audience definition is not valid moving forward.

Suggested Replacements

For most attributes being deprecated or inactivated with Wave 2306, there are suggested replacements. Please be sure to read the suggested replacement survey question in full, and then consider using it to replace the inactivated attribute. Please note that there can and will be intentional differences between the original and updated survey question.
