Test Your Regex Tables

When you complete creating your tables, we recommend using an interactive expression console like Regex101 to test your RegEx matches. 

You should check all the URLs in your tables with the following steps:

• Open the Regex101 site
• For each REGEX Table you created, copy one of your Regular Expressions to the corresponding section in Regex101 site. Then copy the URL to the Test String section in Regex 101 site (please see below example).
• If there is a match, you will see that indicated in Green at the top right corner of the screen. At which point, you would continue testing the other expressions in a similar manner.
• If you do not see a match, please tweak your expression until all your URLs and Expressions match; this must be accomplished before deploying to Google Tag Manager.
