Extended Activation Window for Imported Data
This update extends your activation window from thirty days to two years on a go-forward basis so that you can continuously reach more people that fit within your audience definition.
Now that the window has been extended, you will see the addressable number for your imported data audiences increase incrementally over time and will be able to activate that audience for up to two years.
These updates will affect any audiences created or refreshed after August 12, 2022. If your audience was built prior to this date, it will need to be refreshed to take advantage of this change.
As a reminder, we recommend refreshing onboarded data at the least quarterly to get the most up-to-date view of your audiences.
The addressable number reflects the number of IDs that Resonate estimates are available for activation. Upon activation, we will ship any IDs associated with the data that you’ve onboarded that are eligible for activation.
Note that this update only affects activation and has no impact to audience insights – you can continue to analyze your audiences with imported data with no restrictions as you do today.

We have enhanced our matching methodology for our MAID social activation product which has significantly improved the download and upload time for these files.
