On December 29, 2025, we expanded the list of states where IDs associated with sensitive data attributes are withheld from activation segments to now include Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. These updates will keep all advertisers compliant with current sensitive data laws going into effect January 2026.
The full list of states where IDs associated with sensitive data attributes are withheld from activation segments is now Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington State.
