Expansion to State Filters for Sensitive Data Attributes in Ignite Activation – June 30, 2025

On June 30, 2025, we expanded the list of states where IDs associated with sensitive data attributes are withheld from activation segments. The new states include Minnesota and Tennessee. These updates will keep all advertisers compliant with current sensitive data laws going into effect June 2025.

The full list of states where IDs associated with sensitive data attributes are withheld from activation segments is now Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington State.
