Expansion to State Filters for Sensitive Data Attributes in Ignite Activation – September 18, 2025

On September 18, 2025, we expanded the list of states where IDs associated with sensitive data attributes are withheld from activation segments to now include Maryland. These updates will keep all advertisers compliant with current sensitive data laws going into effect September 2025.

The full list of states where IDs associated with sensitive data attributes are withheld from activation segments is now Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington State. Please note: sensitive data attributes in the above states will also be blocked for our Data Append product.To learn more about our Sensitive Data filters for Ignite Activation, click here.
