We are excited to announce TikTok Direct, a new integration that allows clients to send Ignite audiences directly to their TikTok Ad Account for seamless targeting. Once the TikTok connection is established, audiences will distribute and be ready to activate after 24 hours.
The direct integration automates audience refreshes on a weekly basis and is expected to deliver higher match rates using hashed email matching (HEM) compared to the existing MAID download method.
This new solution replaces the current MAID download method, which requires manual updates and refreshes, and replaces the historical LiveRamp connection which was discontinued due to TikTok policy changes.
With TikTok Direct, clients can connect their Ignite instance directly to their TikTok Ad Account, reducing manual effort while benefiting from automated updates and expected higher match rates.
