How do I save a Tag as an Audience?

To activate a Tag, you must first save it as an Audience. There are two ways to do this:

First Way - From the Segmentation Center

1. Go to the Segmentation Center and select Tags

2. A list of your saved tags will appear in the middle panel. Find your tag (you can use the search box to help find your tag) and click on it to include in your Audience Definition.

3. When you're happy with your audience, click the Save Audience button on the top right of the page to save your audience.  

4. Click the ellipsis icon and select Activate Audience

5. You will be taken directly to the Engagement Center to activate your tag audience.

Second Way - From the Dashboard

1. From the Dashboard, click View All on the Tags tile.  

2. Find your tag and select Activate.

3. Click Add This Tag on the New Tag Audience modal.

4. You'll be taken to the Segmentation Center with your tag included in the Audience Definition.  

5. When you're happy with your audience, click the Save Audience button on the top right of the page to save your audience.  

6. Click the ellipsis icon and select Activate Audience

7. You will be taken directly to the Engagement Center to activate your tag audience.
