In Resonate - Campaigns are a foldering mechanism for your Tags. Reaching out to you Client Success Principle to build additional Campaigns.
Campaigns are created by the Resonate account team and made available to you through the Inbox project. Administrators and Analysts have access to the Inbox project and can move campaigns into their respective projects.
Campaigns can represent an analytics initiative or a digital media initiative.
Access Campaigns
From the Dashboard, click on the List icon and select Campaigns
This will bring you to the Your Saved Campaigns page. Each campaign has its own tile here.
You can set up or edit the measurement start and end dates.
Campaign dates affect:
- The default start/end dates for that tag when analyzing the tag.
- The date ranges used by the Managed Media team for calculating insights when we export data for your media reporting if you run media with us.
To see the date when the campaign was last modified, click View Details. Here you can see the date the campaign was created as well as the date it was last modified.
