What match rates can I expect for Indirect Onboarding for Activation?

Our industry testing has shown that offline-to-online match rates typically fall into the 30% range due to the freshness and hygiene of offline data, and the performance of the matching technology used. Because of the massive scale of the Resonate ID space, we typically see match rates in the 40% to 45% range when matching offline CRM records to Resonate digital IDs.

While there are many solution providers willing to partner for matching services, Resonate has found that Acxiom LiveRamp provides the best balance of scale, match rate, and performance.  

Note that match rates also depend on the quality of data onboarded. You'll get the best matching results if the file includes name, phone number, and mailing address returns.
