An audience is a specific group of people within a target market at which your marketing message is aimed. You define an audience by a group of attributes or tags. Then you can learn more about the audience through insights, include the audience in various analyses or target the audience with digital campaigns.
A tag is the means by which data is collected on digital properties. Use tags to understand the individuals who interacted with any site, section or piece of digital media.
In Resonate - campaigns are a foldering mechanism for your Tags. Reaching out to your Client Success Principle to build additional Campaigns.
You create an analysis to better understand your audiences.
Once you've started a delivery, you can view and manage (pause, resume or restart) all your deliveries from the Deliveries page.
