The following are product descriptions for the products that we sell to our Agency partners.

Engaged Audiences

Subscription for Resonate to build one custom Engaged Audiences that updates monthly based upon topics (outside of the list of Standard Engaged Audiences found in the platform) and/or keywords found in URLs delivered in the Resonate platform. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

CRM Onboarding via Client's Seat in LiveRamp

Subscription for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records onboarded via client's seat in Live Ramp to Resonate's Ignite Platform for insights, analysis and activation. Upload up to 500K CRM IDs. Minimum file size 100K records. Pricing based on records onboarded, not number of records matched. Unique IDs are counted on a monthly basis. Client is responsible for reporting the number of IDs loaded on a monthly basis. No PII is shown or available in the Resonate Platform. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required. Resonate will provide guidance on file format. IDs onboarded in overage of IDs pre-purchased will be charged at $4,500 per up to 500K IDs onboarded.

Direct Data Onboarding

Subscription for Resonate’s Direct Data Onboarding product for insights, analysis, and activation. Upload up to 500K CRM IDs based on HEMs, MAIDs, or IP addresses over the contract term. Minimum file size 20K IDs. Pricing based on unique IDs onboarded, not number of IDs matched. Unique IDs are counted on a contract year. No PII is shown or available in the Resonate Platform. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required. Resonate will provide guidance on file format and data transfer systems. IDs onboarded in overage of IDs pre-purchased will be charged at $4,500 per up to 500K IDs onboarded.

Custom Typing Tool Segment Subscription via Spark Model - Proprietary

Subscription for 1 proprietary custom study segment resulting from client's Connected Typing Tool via a Spark Model. Available in Resonate's Ignite platform for 1) insights across Resonate's attributes and 2) digital activation for up to 12 months. Response and modeled data available in the platform for up to 1 year in the initial subscription, and an additional year upon renewal of Typing Tool Segment subscription. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

DMP Integration - Adobe Audience Manager

Subscription for a two-way integration to 1 instance of Adobe Audience Manager. Unlimited frequency loads and unlimited outbound segments.  Integration via Resonate supported API to push and pull segments from DMPs. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

Flash Models

Subscription for 1 proprietary Flash Model. Study time and number of respondents per custom quote. Data from Flash Model is available in Resonate's Ignite platform for 1) insights across Resonate's attributes and 2) digital activation for up to 6 months. Data is available in the platform through the current annual subscription term. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

Geography Data Module

Scaled, deterministic geography data, including all 210 Nielsen DMAs® available as both attributes and insights. Dissect your audiences and digital footprint with incredible geographic precision. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required. 

Geography Data - Congressional District Module

Scaled, deterministic geography data, including all 210 Nielsen DMAs® and 436 Congressional Districts available as both attributes and insights. Dissect your audiences and digital footprint with incredible geographic precision. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required. 

Mobile Onboarding

Resonate will build one audience in the Resonate platform based on list of MAIDs provided by the client. Minimum of 5,000 MAIDs, limit of up to 1 million records. Resonate Platform subscription required.

Political Module

Subscription to Resonate's Political & Advocacy taxonomy attributes and Political Drivers curated report. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

Resonate Health

Access to Resonate Health and Pharma vertical. Access to Resonate health Engaged Audiences.  Subscription for Resonate to build up to 3 Custom Engaged Audiences based upon health specific topics and/or keywords found in URLs delivered in the Resonate platform.

Single Sign-On

Integrate Resonate into your corporate sign-on experience so that employees can use their corporate username and password to access Resonate.  Simplify your employee onboarding and offboarding process and remove terminated employees immediately - Resonate account access is disabled in tandem with employee's corporate login. List price is per SSO connection. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required. 

Spark Models Proprietary

Subscription for 1 Spark Model proprietary custom question with a duration of up to 30 seconds presented to up to 10K survey respondents in 1 wave of Resonate's National Consumer Study. Response and modeled data available in the platform for up to 1 year in the initial subscription, and an additional year upon renewal of Spark Model subscription. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

Spark Models Non-Proprietary

Subscription for 1 Spark Model non-proprietary custom question with a duration of up to 30 seconds presented to up to 10K survey respondents in 1 wave of Resonate's National Consumer Study. Response and modeled data available in the platform for up to 1 year in the initial subscription, and an additional year upon renewal of Spark Model subscription. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.

Third Party Data Segment Subscription

Subscription for 1 Third Party segment shipped from LiveRamp's Data Store to Resonate's Ignite platform for insights and analysis. Activation not included. Segments update periodically throughout the year upon vendor refresh. Fees for activating Third Party segments are not included and will be priced at the vendor's Live Ramp CPM fee separately. Resonate Ignite Platform subscription required.
