With an Ignite 1st Party Insights account, you have the ability to analyze your first party data with Resonate’s attributes to dive deeper into your audiences and answer questions like:
- Who are my customers & site visitors?
- Who is going to churn and why?
- Where can I reach them?
- Why do they buy? What should I say to them?
- How do I find more that look like them?
To start creating your audiences, you’ll log into your Ignite 1st Party Insights (IFPI) account and go to the segmentation center.
From there, you will locate your first party data in the "Your Data" section on the left. The type of first party data your account contains is determined by your contract and can include:
- Tags: Site Visitor Insights and Media Engagement Insights
- Imported Data: CRM Insights (Indirect or Direct)
- Custom Data: Spark, Flash, Engaged Audiences
Once you've added your data to your audience definition, you can also add Resonate Elements to create your audiences. From there you’ll be able to save your audiences and move into the intelligence center to see the detailed insights. Below is a chart to help you navigate what you will and will not be able to combine to analyze an audience.
