Digital Twins has no fixed package: each engagement combines the deliverables below based on what you need to do next. Most engagements follow one of two paths, or both.
- Get an audience: ask a question that hasn't been fielded, scaled to the full population so every individual carries a response you can target.
- Get new insight: ask an already-modeled group how they think, respond, or behave, for a fast, directional read like an AI-powered focus group.
Teams can mix and match, so a single engagement can return both an audience and a report.

Audience and Activation Deliverables
These turn the answer into people you can reach. They are what separates Digital Twins from insight-only alternatives.
Targetable audience in Ignite or Cortex or through Managed Services. Resonate builds an audience from a chosen response, such as adults who lean toward the premium product but aren't sold yet, and activates it through Managed Media.
Scored segments. Every scored individual is assigned to a response-based segment.
Insight Deliverables
These explain what the answer means and why. They suit teams that need to share findings or make a case before activating.
Summary Report
A full written readout delivered as an editable Word document, so customers can drop findings into their own decks, briefs, and leadership updates. It is the most complete insight option.
| Section | What it Covers |
|---|---|
| Executive summary | The decision, the answer, and the top three to five findings, on one page |
| Question and approach | The questions asked, the population studied, and the evidence the results were grounded in |
| Findings by question | Results for each question, with charts showing how responses vary by key subgroups |
| Segment profiles | Size, share of population, defining motivations and values, and how each segment differs |
| Where they are | Geographic preference maps for priority markets, when relevant |
| In their own words | Selected verbatims from digital twins for each segment, labeled as digital twin responses |
| Recommendations | Who to go after, who to stop chasing, what to say, and where to show up |
| Activation next steps | How the findings map to audiences available in Ignite, Cortex or Managed Services |
| Appendix: run diagnostics | Sample size, attributes used, calibration detail, and holdout validation results |
Verbatim reasoning
Twins answer in their own words before responses are coded, so every score comes with the reasoning behind it. Delivered as a file or a report appendix, it is most useful for message development and creative briefs.
Geographic preference maps
Response patterns mapped down to the neighborhood level.
Run diagnostics
Run diagnostics show how each build was made and checked, so analysts can defend the result. They include sample size, the attributes used, and calibration detail. Every build is graded against holdout evidence the model never saw, and every score traces to the ID and the evidence behind it.
Diagnostics can be delivered on their own or as the appendix of the Word insights report.
| Path | Recommended Deliverables |
|---|---|
| Insight + audience | Word insights report, verbatim reasoning, and synthetic data attributes or a targetable audience |
| Audience (activation) | Synthetic data attributes in Ignite or Cortex, or a targetable audience through Managed Services, plus scored segments |
| Insight | Word insights report or summary report, verbatim reasoning, and geographic maps where relevant |
