Customers using rAI Website Personalization will only need to provide files if they are conducting a match rate proof of value (POV) and sharing their collected IP addresses. rAI Website Personalization uses similar file formatting as our Append product, outlined below. Please ensure your data adheres to these file formatting guidelines when sending it to Resonate. Following these standards helps us process your files efficiently and achieve the highest possible match rates.
How can you send us data?
Resonate accepts data through multiple secure channels. Choose the method that works best for your organization:
- AWS
- SFTP
- Snowflake Direct Share
File Format
You will need just one column titled “ip_address." This will need to be in IPv4 format. We do not accept IPv6 or foreign IPs, and we do not match on business IP addresses. Adhering to this format and removing these addresses prior to sending your file ensures your file aligns to Resonate’s ingestion standards and avoids processing delays.
Save your file with the correct naming convention
To help us efficiently process your file, please use the following file naming format and file type:
- Files should be in a .csv format
- Files should named with this structure: <Clientname>_<Segment>_<yyyymmdd>
- Example: Clientname_ResonateAppend_20250201.csv
