How it Works for First Visit, Unauthenticated Visitors

1. Resonate helps you with scoping

During the scoping process, Resonate will work with you to identify your unique needs for the data install. You with then work with the team to select the attributes that best fit your business needs. Resonate has a wide variety of attributes in multiple verticals to help you achieve your goals.

2. Delivery kick-off

• Resonate will provide you with options available for file delivery. Our preferred method is accepting your data via AWS S3. We do have box.com or Snowflake as an option if AWS does not work for you.
  • Resonate will work with you on what details are needed based on the service you choose.

3. Resonate provides IP data file

• Resonate will provide two file outputs on the second Tuesday of each of the following months February, April, June, August, October, and December.

4. You merge the file

• Merge the files and load into your desired application. We recommend using your data science or analytics resources who can help ingest these files into your internal tech stack.
  • You will be merging the two files from Resonate
• You are now ready to elevate your website personalization for both authenticated and non-authenticated site visitors!
