Forgotten Password

You can quickly reset your password on the Login page. Simply click the Don't remember your password? link.

Enter your email address. Then, Resonate will send you an email with instruction about resetting your password.

Update Password within Platform

Additionally, you can reset your password from with the Resonate platform.

1. Click on the user icon in the top-right corner.

2. Select Settings from the drop-down.

3. Click on the Reset Password button.

4. Enter your phone number and new password.

5. Click Save.
