You can quickly and easily export your analyses in Resonate.
To do this, when viewing an analysis, click the ellipsis button (...) on the top right of the page, and select Export Analysis in the drop-down.
Next, select the report types you'd like to export, then click Download File.
That's it! You'll now be able to share your downloaded image files and spreadsheets in your own reports, decks or presentations.
Note that the Bar Chart, Trend and Audience Insights exports respect the insights you've selected for your analysis. So if you selected insights for Demographics for your analysis, your exported reports will only contain Demographic insights.
Here's an explanation of each export:
Audience Introduction will give you an image with the name of the Audience and the baseline, along with demographic highlights, top personal values, top psychological drivers, top hobbies, and daily routine.
Demographics Report will provide you with an image of the detailed demographic composition of your audience.
Brand Affinity Report will give you the visual report containing the lists of brands that are popular with and loved by your audience.
Bar Chart will download a PDF of the Bar Chart report, and will remember your selected insights for that analysis
Insight Cards will export images of the insights cards for the insights you've pinned in that specific analysis.
Audience Metrics will show you the projected audience size, percentage of the Online Adult Population and Estimated Targetable IDs for each audience in your Analysis.
Category Affinity is only available if you have at least one survey audience in your saved analysis. This will download a CSV report per survey audience that will list the types of websites people in that audience frequent.
Site Affinity will give you a list of websites a survey audience is visiting. Note that you must have this report enabled in your account to be able to export it.
Personal Values Report explains the why behind people's everyday decisions by uncovering what makes us the most human – our values. Use these insights to inform everything – your go-to-market strategy, your customer segmentation strategy, your content strategy, and more.
Media Consumption Report will export an image of the report to help you understand what an audience watches (show & networks, streamed shows), how much time they spend online, on social media and in front of their TVs, and what apps they use on their mobile devices.
Political Drivers Report will get you an image displaying everything-political you need to know about an audience at a high level. You’ll see how and why your desired audience engages online; how often they vote and what candidate platforms they support. Note that you must have this report enabled in your account to be able to export it.
Audience Comparison will provide you with insights that include basic demographics and behaviors, and most importantly, the values, beliefs and attitudes that characterize the audience. Use this report to compare audiences side-by-side.
Audience Definitions will export an image of the audience definitions for each of the audiences you've included in your analysis.
Audience Insights will download a CSV report which will list the Composition and Index for each insight for each audience.
Trend is only available if you have at least one tag audience in your saved analysis. When you select to download a trend analysis report, you'll be asked if you'd like data aggregated weekly, monthly or quarterly. The CSV report will show how the data for your tag audience trends over time.
Audience Crosstab (PDF) will provide you with a PDF of your Audience Crosstab visualization.
Audience Crosstab (CSV) will export a CSV report of your audience's performance against your selected audiences.
