Resonate offers flexible secure methods for sharing and delivering data with our clients, including AWS, Snowflake, SFTP, and Box. This article covers the secure and efficient steps for setting up, sharing and receiving files through Box.
As a prerequisite, please use our file-formatting guidance and helpful template to ensure you've properly formatted your file and have provided the necessary information.
How to Upload Your Data with Box for Resonate Append
Your Resonate Client Success Manager will provide access to a Box folder for your file upload and will work closely with you throughout the onboarding process.
Box because is a trusted file storage platform and protects your data with enterprise-grade security, privacy, and compliance. Security features include strong user authentication, shared link expiration, data leak prevention and more. Learn more about how your data is secure with Box here.
If you do NOT already have a Box account:
1. You will receive an email invitation through Box giving you access to your folder for file upload. Select Accept Invite.
2. Create your Box account, select Submit.
3. You will receive a second email from Box to verify your email and complete your account setup. Select Verify Email.
4. You will see a Welcome message from Box, select Get Started to continue to your folder.
5. Open your folder by clicking on the folder name.
6. Upload your file following Resonate's file format requirements, and place it in the input folder.
If you already have a Box account:
1. You will receive an email invitation through Box giving you access to your folder for file upload. Select Go to Folder.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Upload your file following Resonate's file format requirements, and place it in the input folder.
Downloading your Resonate Append delivery from Box
Once your results are ready, a new folder will be created in Box.com. This folder will contain the Resonate deliverables for Resonate Append. Below, you will find instructions on how to download your results from Box.
1. Navigate to your company output folder:
2. Once you open your company folder and navigate to output folder you’ll find a folder inside called “Output/YYYYMMDD_hhmmss”
3. Once you open the folder you’ll see several documents, navigate to the document you want to download and click the 3 dots
4. Once you click the 3 dots, you’ll see a menu drop down, select Download
5. The file will download to the location you have setup for your downloads
Files delivered by Resonate
Resonate will deliver three files into your Output folder for each completed Append job. All files follow a standardized naming convention to ensure consistency, traceability, and easier automation.
