We have exciting new updates to share that will be live this month!
We will be releasing Wave 2106 of our U.S. Consumer Study (previously known as National Consumer Study), which will focus on Retail, Home & Family and bring new insights into consumers’ shopping, product and brand preferences and more. We will also be releasing Resonate Health, which is a new product that gives you access to premium healthcare attributes we’ve collected from both survey and behavioral consumer studies so that you can gain a complete understanding of the U.S. health consumer and their caregivers. Along with Resonate Health, you will notice a new Dashboard design with everything you’re used to and more. Here is a summary of what’s new.
1. U.S. Consumer Study Wave 2106
Wave 2106 of our U.S. Consumer Study was in field from November 2021 to January 2022. With Wave 2106, you will get additional data on Retail, Home & Family and other core attributes, including:
- Reasons for brand loyalty or change in brand loyalty
- Reasons for getting groceries delivered
- Frequency of grocery shopping trips and at what stores
- Personal hygiene products purchased
- Age of current mattress and expected timeframe to purchase a new one
- Luxury brand purchase preferences and timeframe
- Additional brands and stores added to past and future purchase locations
Remember, you may notice some changes in your audiences and metrics - this is ok! This means you have the most up-to-date view of your consumers. Check the full list of attributes that will be inactivated with this wave. It’s important to update any audiences or audience deliveries that are using those attributes.
2. Resonate Health
Resonate Health is our newest data product that offers you premium healthcare insights from both survey and contextual studies. Using a combination of Health & Pharma Resonate Elements and Health Contextual Studies gives you the ability to uncover the human behind the health condition. Inform your next healthcare campaign with privacy-compliant, relevant data on today’s consumers without the hassle of clinical research costs and acquisition.
3. New Dashboard
The Dashboard continues to be your go-to place to access the status of all your audiences, analyses, and deliveries. The new design includes all of the same information as before, except now we have added space to showcase new products and features that may be interesting to you so that you can learn more. With this release, we have included information on Resonate Health on the new Dashboard so that you can refer back to learn more about utilizing our new Resonate Health attributes.
