Better Audience Delivery Management
Pause or Complete a Delivery
We’ve added two additional delivery actions to help make managing your audience deliveries easier – Pause Delivery and Mark as Complete. You can now pause or complete an audience delivery in any state directly from Your Deliveries or from the Delivery Details page.
To update the delivery status from Your Deliveries page, first navigate to your active deliveries from the Dashboard or Engagement Center. Then select the dropdown next to the Delivery Actions button to pause, complete, or fix your audience (if in an error state).
To update the delivery status from the Delivery Details page, select the View Details button. Once you are on the delivery details page, you can update your delivery by selecting the dropdown next to the Delivery Actions button at the bottom right of the page.
Audience Deliveries Ordered by Status
To improve the overall experience when managing audience deliveries, we’ve also updated the order that deliveries appear on the Your Deliveries page in the Ignite Platform. Deliveries will automatically appear in the following order: Error, Delivering, Pending, File Ready, Paused, Complete. Within each status the most recently created delivery will appear at the top. This view will allow you to quickly see the most recent audience deliveries that are in error state, making it easier to fix, pause, or complete the delivery. If you’d like to only view audience deliveries of a specific status, the dropdown at the top of the page will allow you to select status type.
You will see the new order reflected on Your Deliveries page.
More Robust Search Feature in Analytics Tab
When building an analysis in the Analytics tab within the Intelligence Center, you can now find insights quicker and easier with a new category filter in the search bar.
By default, all categories will be selected. To update the categories for your search, select the dropdown next to All Categories to check or uncheck categories from the list.
If the insight you are searching for can’t be found within the category or categories you’ve selected, you will see “no insights found.” Expand your search to locate the insight you would like to analyze.
If the insight you’re searching for applies to multiple insights within the categories you’ve selected, you will see the list of insights and their corresponding location so you can easily find the insight you’re looking for.

When exporting an Audience Insights CSV file from an analysis, previously any insignificant insight would be excluded from the export. Now, all insights will appear in your export so that you can still reference the audience insights that do not have statistically significant data.
