Wave 5 of our Recent Events Flash Study was in field from June 29-July 5, 2020 and we saw 4,300 respondents. Wave 5 focused on the continuing Coronavirus impacts, as well as recent social justice protests.
In this report, we focus on how the American outlook reflects this time of uncertainty and how the Black Lives Matter movement is impacting decisions that go beyond the ballot box to the brand. We look at the progression of racial inequality as a focus for consumers and voters alike, as well as the downstream impact on the American psyche.
