What's New
Our team has been working tirelessly on the release of Resonate 7.0. Our latest version of the platform not only changed in look-and-feel; it also introduced major enhancements that will make working in the platform more intuitive, fluid and efficient.
Updated Navigation: Introducing the Segmentation, Intelligence and Engagement Centers
Our top-tier navigation has changed as well to be more business value driven. In addition to the Dashboard, the menu now contains Centers for:
- Segmentation: This is home to the Audience Builder and the Taxonomy. You can easily combine all types of data, your 1st- and 3rd party data, Resonate Elements (data from our continuous research), Geography data and Behavioral data here.
- Intelligence: Gain a deep understanding of your customers and prospects with Curated Reports, Deep Analytics, and Measurement here.
- Engagement: Activate audiences via paid and unpaid engagements and push your audiences to other systems in your marketing stack to drive engagement.
The goal of the new navigation is to prompt your actions and guide your journey in the platform. We want to emphasize the business value and outcomes of the various capabilities available to you in Resonate.
Create New Icon
You can create new Audiences, RealSegments, Tag and Analyses by clicking on the plus icon in the top-right corner. This is a handy shortcut to creating new assets, regardless of where you currently are in the platform.
Manage Icon
Similarly to the Create New icon above, you can click on the Manage icon to jump to existing assets -Audiences, RealSegments, Tags, Campaigns, Analyses, and Deliveries- wherever you might be in the platform.
Redesigned Dashboard
The first striking change you will notice is the redesigned Dashboard, where the colors now reflect Resonate's new brand colors. You'll see subtle color changes throughout the platform. For instance, the buttons have changed from green to orange or blue, depending on their functions.
The former Create a New...section in the Dashboard changed in looks and name only. Functionally, you'll still be able to start building new audiences, creating new analyses and engaging with your audiences from this section.
