Redesigned & Enhanced Audience Builder
We are excited to make our new Audience Builder available to you! Immediately, you will notice that we reorganized the Taxonomy into three main groups. When you browse the attributes in these data categories, the Taxonomy panel expands to show only the attributes contained within. You can always return to the default state by clicking Back to All Data above the Taxonomy.
As you are working in Audience Builder, you'll see that the transitions between actions on the screen and the clicks in the Taxonomy are smoother. We also improved the drag-and-drop function in the audience definition panel, allowing you to edit the audience definition much more easily. The audience definition panel now automatically expands when you are not viewing attribute values in the middle panel. You can also click on the X icon in the middle panel to expand the audience definition and make it easier to read through and interpret the attributes in your audience definition.
Another improvement you will encounter is the audience logic editor. We simplified this section and removed the unnecessary "OR" operators.
These enhancements are sure to make building and understanding complex audiences simple and easy!
We broke out the Taxonomy into three data categories:
- Your Data - including your Tags, 1st party data and appended 3rd party data
- Resonate Elements – these are attributes that result from Resonate’s continuous research
- Additional Data – Behavioral and Geography data
We implemented this change to make navigation in the Taxonomy easier and more intuitive for you. With the data broken out into three, clearly differentiated categories, you can immediately tell what data is available to you and where to find specific attributes within them. We understand the value of your 1st-party and Tag data, so we placed Your Data on top.
