Where does Geography Data come from?

Resonate's geography attributes and insights are derived through a synthesis of observed anonymous online behaviors and geo-location solution providers. Resonate’s geo-location providers enrich tag events & pixel syncs with geo-code from the browser's IP address. Our geography data is updated nightly using the most recent observations.

Resonate is unifying industry leading geo-location with our universe of observed online behaviors by assigning each anonymous Resonate user ID with the most recently observed location via our enriched geo code. 

Note: IP-based geo location data has some variation, which is an industry norm and not unique to Resonate.
