Introducing rAI-powered Audience Builder (BETA) - January 9, 2025

We are happy to introduce our newest feature in the Ignite platform, rAI-powered Audience Builder, a tool that helps you save time building complex audiences.

We know building an audience can be time consuming and requires a level of expertise with our taxonomy to manually sort through thousands of attributes and then compile the appropriate logical expression. Unless you know exactly what you are looking for, the wealth of attributes Resonate has to offer can be daunting.  This new feature saves you time searching by building complex audience expressions for you in a matter of seconds.

Simply type in plain English what audience you want to create and rAI-powered Audience Builder will build the boolean logic-based audience expression for you with a single click. You can edit and save your audience and then leverage it with Ignite’s Story Canvas Use Case Templates or discover further insights in Intelligence Center. 

rAI-powered Audience Builder is a force multiplier for your team, giving any user the ability to build the nuanced audience expressions required to find meaningful insights. You can also use broad value-based audience descriptions to help with discovery like ‘build an audience of people who like a lot of excitement in their lives’ which can be an aspirational audience used in developing a messaging strategy. The new feature can be found in Segmentation Center under the new rAI-powered Audience Builder tab. This BETA feature currently works with Resonate Elements and geography data.
