Saving Attributes to Collections
You will find your Collections under the Your Data section of the taxonomy in the Audience Builder. Now let’s see how you can save attributes to them.
As you click through the Taxonomy and get down to the attribute or attribute value level, you’ll see blue ellipsis icons (...) that allow you to add attributes and attribute values to your collections.
To add an attribute to a collection, click the ellipsis icon by the attribute name and select Save All to a Collection from the drop-down.
To add attribute values individually to a collection, click Save to a Collection from the drop-down by the attribute value name.
Next, you can select the collection (and sub-collection, if applicable) to which you want to add the attribute or attribute value.
Saving Audiences to Collections
When you save an audience, you have to add it to a collection. From the drop-down, you can select the collection to which you want to save your audience.
Saving Tags to Collections
You can also add Tags to your collections. Navigate to Tags in the Taxonomy, then select the tag you would like to add. Click the ellipsis icon by its name and select Save to a Collection.
Saving First Party Data to Collections
You save your first-party data into collections as well. Navigate to the Imported Data tab in the Taxonomy, then click on your desired attribute. You may bulk-add all the attribute values by clicking on the ellipses icon at attribute name level, or you can add attribute values individually, by clicking on the ellipsis icons by the values.
To move tags or first-party data to a different collection, follow the same steps above!
