There are certain attributes that cannot be activated via Resonate Ignite. If you are trying to activate an audience that includes one of the below, you will need to remove the attribute(s).
- All appended 3rd party data.
- Low Sample Audiences: there are some instances where these audiences may not be activatable due to size. If you receive this error, a great workaround is to combine several attribute values in the audience to get better sample.
There are also certain types of data that require additional processing time once uploaded into the Resonate Ignite platform. You will be able to activate, but you may notice that your audience does not successfully deliver if data processing is not complete. These data types include:
- Direct or Indirect Onboarded Data
- Recent Events Flash Models
- Custom Data such as Flash Models or Engaged Audiences
These data types require an additional 2 business days to become activatable in the Resonate platform once they are uploaded and you see insights in the platform. If you are experiencing issues activating after 2 business days, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
