Intelligence Center Improvements
We heard your feedback, and we are implementing enhancements we know you'll love. We have made improvements to Intelligence Center to streamline the process of creating client-ready reports. These enhancements will allow you to change audience color, re-order audiences and de-clutter your view by hiding audiences to get to the view that empowers you to tell the best story with your data while you are analyzing and once you are ready to share what you’ve learned.
Changing Audience Color
Our first new feature allows you to change the color of your audiences in Intelligence Center. From the audience card on the left side panel in Intelligence Center simply click on the ellipsis icon and select “change audience color.”
A dialog will open allowing you to select one of our hand-picked color swatches or input any hex color to match your corporate branding!
The color change will persist throughout the Intelligence Center in the Reports, Analytics and Measurement tab, as well as when you export.
If you want to revert to the original audience color, just select reset.
Re-Order Audiences
The next feature allows you to quickly re-order your audiences in the Intelligence Center. Just click the ellipsis icon on the audience card in the left side panel and choose Move Audience Up or Move Audience Down.
This allows you to customize your reports and analyses to the view that makes the most sense for your goals. For example, you may be comparing a few of your competitors and you want to move your top competitor up to the top of your report. You no longer have to remove audiences and re-add them to change their order.
Hide Audiences
This feature allows you to hide an audience from anywhere in Intelligence Center. Select the ellipsis icon on the audience card in the left-side panel and choose Hide Audience. This will remove the audience from your sight. The audience color will turn gray to let you know that it is hidden.
To unhide the audience, click the ellipsis icon and select Show Audience. This feature helps you de-clutter your view and hone in on the audiences you care about at that moment. It allows you to hide what isn’t relevant or doesn’t convey the story you want to tell right now.
This is especially helpful when grabbing screenshots in the Analytics tab, just hide an audience for a specific insight if it isn’t relevant without having to delete the audience from your analysis. You can always bring it right back!
We want to make it as easy as possible to tell the story that you want to tell with our insights! We hope these improvements help you quickly and easily hone in on the insights and audiences that matter the most to you.
Insight Details Improvements
We recently released Insight Details, a feature that allows you to get more value out of our insights by clicking on insights in the Intelligence Center. Here are some improvements we have made to this feature:
Save Unsaved Audiences from Intelligence Center
Save unsaved audiences from the Insight Details feature so that you can easily iterate, refine and continue analyzing your new audience in one seamless, circular workflow.
First, clone the audience + the insight.
Then, clip the ellipsis icon next to the new, unsaved audience and select Save Audience.
Name the new audience and select Save.
You will see the new name reflected in the Intelligence Center.

Improved Audience Metric Notifications
To provide you with greater data transparency and empower you to make the best decisions with your data, we improved our data notifications to bolster your understanding of audience metrics as you are building audiences in the platform. Previously we were showing audiences as green, yellow and red, but we felt there was some inconsistency and lack of clarity on what these colors meant and when they changed. These improved data notifications are meant to streamline your understanding of audience metrics and their implications.
We have three improved data notifications:
1. Low Sample Audience
We will display a yellow diamond icon with a “Low Sample Audience” message when applicable next to Resonate Elements only audiences you are analyzing. Low sample means that the attribute(s) in your audience definition are derived from a low number of survey respondents. You can hover over the icon in the platform for a tooltip with additional information.

2. Connected Profile Audience
Now, when you add a Connected Profile attribute to an audience, the Connected Profile icon will display next to the audience. In the past, when your audience metrics changed after adding a Connected Profile attribute, there was no visual cue to help you understand why. The Connected Profile icon signals to you that the change occurred because you added a Connected Profile attribute to your audience. This alert helps you understand shifting audience sizes as you are building audiences. You can hover over the icon in the platform for a tooltip with additional information.

3. Low Addressable Asterisk
An asterisk will display next to both NCS and Connected Profile audiences when the Addressable number is at or below 1.5M for NCS Audiences or 500K for Connected Profile audiences.
When the Addressable number is below these thresholds, you can hover over the asterisk and there will be a tooltip to notify you that the modeled cookies available for the selected audience is small, and you may want to consider broadening your audience.
