Release Notes - Insight Details - February 2021

We are excited to announce our latest release will bring you a new Insight Details feature. This feature empowers you to iterate, refine and continue analyzing your audiences in one seamless, circular workflow. Your work doesn’t just come to a halt after you view an insight, and now the Ignite platform will help you efficiently take your next step. No more interruptions, back and forth or copying and pasting insights from Analytics into Segmentation Center! 

How do you view Insight Details? 

Before, when you were analyzing an audience in the Intelligence Center and you hovered over an insight in our Canned Reports or in the Analytics tab, all you saw was the NCS question that the insight is derived from.  

Now, when you are analyzing an audience in the Intelligence Center, you can click on each individual insight in our Canned Reports or from the Analytics tab you will get so much more – which I’ll describe in detail now. 

What do you get with Insight Details?  

Our Insight Details shows you where an insight is derived from, which for Resonate Elements is the survey question it came from. It also gives you a deeper insight description if there are any available for that specific insight. 

If you click the breadcrumb link at the top under the insight name, it will take you to Segmentation Center to view the insight. 

To the right, we give you even more context by displaying the insight’s corresponding survey responses. You can click the link below the corresponding responses to view all responses in Segmentation Center.  

You can immediately take action with this insight and create a new audience using this insight by clicking the Actions button at the top, which will bring you to Segmentation Center with only that insight in your audience definition. 

If you have more than one audience in your analysis, below, you’ll see what your other audiences in your analysis measure for this insight, with index and composition displayed. You can take action and refine your analysis by cloning the audience and adding this insight. This will open a new analysis with the audience you cloned + the insight.
