Downloading Your Data Append Results from Box

Once your results are ready, a new folder will be created in Box.com. This folder will contain the Resonate deliverables for Data Append. Below, you will find instructions on how to download your results from Box.

1. Navigate to your company folder:

2. Once you open your company folder you’ll find a folder inside called “Optput_mmddyyyy”

3. Once you open the folder you’ll see several documents, navigate to the document you want to download and click the 3 dots

4. Once you click the 3 dots, you’ll see a menu drop down, select Download

5. The file will download to the location you have setup for your downloads
